- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went in on the 18th with an appointment and waited an hour and then they forgot to order my prescription. I've been calling for a week now to try and get it ordered and no one seems to know what's going on they just put me on hold and never come back. Called again today and they put me on hold to check waited 20 min and then they closed the lines. Called back and it's 445pm and their office doesn't close till 530 and another person picked up and said sorry but they closed the lines try tomorrow. If it wasn't for the patient none of your staff would have a job, so I would try and treat them better before you all end up unemployed.September 21, 2017by Aubrey Gonzalez
